TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Welcome to the BizzPlanet. When using BizzPlanet's products and services (the "Products and Services"), you agree to the terms and conditions listed on this page (the "Terms and Conditions").

1. ACCEPTANCE

By using the Products and Services, you agree, without limitation or qualification, to be bound by, and to comply with, these Terms and Conditions and any other posted guidelines or rules on BizzPlanet.

You acknowledge and agree that BizzPlanet may terminate your access to BizzPlanet or to any of the Products and Services should you fail to comply with the Terms and Conditions.

BizzPlanet further reserves the right to terminate any user's access to BizzPlanet or to any of the Products and Services for any conduct that BizzPlanet, in its sole discretion, believes is or may be directly or indirectly harmful to other users, to BizzPlanet or its subsidiaries, affiliates, to other third parties, or for any conduct that violates any local, federal, or foreign laws or regulations.

3. REGISTRATION

The Products and Services will require the user to register and provide certain personally identifiable user information (the "Data"). In providing the Data, you represent and warrant that:

information about yourself is true, accurate, current, and complete as required by the registration form and
you will maintain and promptly update the Data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete.

If BizzPlanet has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, BizzPlanet has the right to suspend or terminate your member service and refuse any and all current or future use of the Products and Servicees (or any portion thereof).

4.PRIVACY

All BizzPlanet registrations become the exclusive property of BizzPlanet, and/or its subsidiaries.
BizzPlanet reserves the right to use and reuse all registration and other personally identifiable user information.
Users may edit, update, alter or obscure their personally identifiable information at any time by following the instructions located on BizzPlanet.

5. MEMBER CONDUCT

Upon registering, you will receive a BizzPlanet Username and Password.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the Username and Password, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur.
You agree to :

immediately notify BizzPlanet of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security, and
ensure that you fully log off from your account at the end of each session.

BizzPlanet cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from failure to comply with this requirement.
All information, data, text, sound, images, graphics, messages, files, or other materials ("Content"), whether publicly posted or privately transmitted, are the sole responsibility of the person from which such Content originated.
You, not BizzPlanet, is entirely responsible for all Content that you post, upload, email or otherwise transmit via the Products and Services.
BizzPlanet does not control the user or third party Content posted via the Products and Services, and, as such, does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of such Content.
Under no circumstances will BizzPlanet be liable in any way for any user or third party Content.

You agree that you will not use BizzPlanet's Products and Services to:

upload, post, email or otherwise transmit any Content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortuous, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable;

intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable local, state, national or international law;
"stalk" or otherwise harass another member or user of the BizzPlanet Products and Services or collect or store personal data about other users, or members.

6. USER CONTENT

By submitting company information or any other Data on BizzPlanet, you grant BizzPlanet a royalty-free, nonexclusive, worldwide, unrestricted license to use, copy, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, create compilations, and distribute such information, and any associated Content, for the purposes of publishing and promotion.
Such license shall apply with respect to any form of media or technology now known or later developed.
The term of the license will extend only for the duration of the user's membership with the particular BizzPlanet service.

7. DISCLAIMER

BizzPlanet makes no representations whatsoever about third party web sites which you may access.
When you access a non-BizzPlanet web site, it is independent from BizzPlanet and BizzPlanet has no control over the content on that web site.
Also, BizzPlanet does not endorse or accept any responsibility for the content, use, or products and services made available through such web site.

This is the entire agreement between you and BizzPlanet relating to the subject matter herein and shall not be modified by you except in writing, signed by both parties.
The Terms and conditions will inure to the benefit of BizzPlanet's successors, assigns and licensees.

9. COPYRIGHT AND COPYRIGHT NOTICES

BizzPlanet respects the intellectual property of others, and we ask our users to do the same.
BizzPlanet may, in appropriate circumstances and at its discretion, terminate the accounts of users who infringe the intellectual property rights of others.
